We want you to feel completely cozy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all Lola Blankets. If you aren't in love with the softness, we'll gladly help you process a return or exchange for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unwashed blanket securely in its box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
